Doctors, and people who have had experience with a ecolpic pregnancy only:)?

I went to the doctor today and they said that it could be kidney problems because i went there with cramps and vomiting. They then tested my urine for a pregnancy it came back negitive. But on my ultresound form it says ectopic pregnancy. Could i be pregnant, Ive had 2 periods since ive last had sex.

Do you mean on the ultrasound REQUEST form (that means your doctor is asking them to look and see if you have an ectopic pregnancy) or is it on the ultrasound REPORT - the piece of paper you get once you've had the ultrasound - often comes in a big packet with the ultrasound pictures.

It's not likely that you are pregnant if your urine beta-HCG is negative and you have had 2 periods since your last sexual intercourse.

It is most likely that your doctor is investigating your kidney problems and wants the ultrasound people to look in your pelvis also to check and make sure there is not an ectopic pregnancy.

If the report says you in fact have an ectopic pregnancy they can see with the ultrasound, you had better get your doctor on to it quickly. Or better yet, bring the ultrasound to the Emergency Department.
