I have friend who just can't seem to get a girl. he's the nicest guy i've ever meet if he had a girl he would be the type of guy who gets you flowers and chocolates and plans perfect dates on a regular basis. His main problem is he does'nt exactly have a chiseled body, he's 6 feet tall and weighs 130. I even took him to the gym but it didn't work and after 6 months of frustration he gave up. he asked this one girl but she turned him down and now he has no confidence, I feel so bad for the guy because he's probably one of the few good guys i've met. considering i myself am really not it makes me feel bad about a lot things i take for granted when it comes to women. Is there a way?

you need to talk to your friend and raise his confidence. then introduce him to at least 1 girl per day. this is so he can get comfortable with girls again. i wish your friend a speedy heart recovery.

Well, I think its good that he has a good friend like you. What he should have done while going to the gym is try to gain some weight. Use protein shakes and weight gain formula. I'm sure if he gained a little weight that would solve his skinny problem He should also try talking to different varieties of females. If he has a crush on someone he can be her secret admirer and send her flowers and sweet notes and then after a few weeks or so ask her on a date and that might work. Tell him not to give up. I used to be the same way with guys but I eventually got over the shy stuff and approach them myself. It works. I now have had a bf for 5 months.
