Moms should be kept with their pups until the pups are at least 6 weeks old. It is not a good idea to let the mother dog leave the pups for any reason other than to go potty outside. Other dogs can bring in diseases to the mom and she can give it to her pups, So mom does not need to socialize until her pups are big enough to be on their own at 6 weeks of age. By then they should be just about weened and eating puppy food.

I would wait until the pups are about 5 to 6 weeks of age....it is better to be safe than sorry.
I don't know any websites out their that pertain to mother dogs and when they can see other dogs...your best bet is common sense.

Once the puppies are clean they will need to feed. Mother dogs know what to do, they won't eat the pups.

SPAY HER! Her chances of ovarian cancer and breast cancer increase considerably with each pregnancy! Don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die!!!!!!!!!!!!
