Exercise. As little as 20 minutes a day with a sensible diet should help. If you work out 3-4 times a week 1hr. at a time, you should notice some substanical loss with a toning of the body. Remember, you're only 15 so you still need to eat. Do not start a lifetime of bad eating habits. Find a buddy who will do things with you (go to the pool, for a walk, take up tennis, badminton, soccer - anything to get you moving). The older you get the harder it is to find time for these things.

Pills and starving only keep weight off temporarily and you look terrible and feel terrible, not to mention do damage to your body.
First, you are 15 and still most likely growing (to a certain extent) to limit certain things would not be good in the long run. Do you really need to lose weight? How much? If it's less than 10 lbs., just by eating right is the best way.
Second, if you have more than 10 lbs. to lose, you eat healthy and exercise. Stop all sodas, energy drinks, all that junk that is chemicals and sugar. Stop limit all sugar, fatty foods and concentrate on lean meats, veggies and water.
Third, exercise, simple walking daily for 20-30 minutes (at a normal to stepped up pace) works wonders. To bump that up, hike at a nice place where you are going up and down trails. Bike instead of taking a car or bus.
Forth, snack on apples, carrots, low fat crackers, etc.
Good luck!

You shouldnt worry about that at your age. But, assuming your not underweight already, at 15 years old I'd say 1 caffeine pill about an hour before a good workout. Caffeine helps release fat into the bloodstream, making it easier to burn while also saving the glucose energy in your muscles to burn AFTER the liquified fat is used, resulting in a longer possible workout without tiring out as quickly. You have to decide how long and what type of workout you need, but typically you do your routine 2 days then rest. But remember: Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're looking for less weight but not necessarily alot of muscle. Try jogging or stairmaster, these are both great ways to lose weight. But you have to keep at it! Good luck and have fun doing it!

Start eating several small healthy meals a day, instead of a couple of large ones. Don't eat white bread, pastries, drink sugary drinks, candy, french fries, etc. Instead eat whole wheat bread and brown rice instead of white rice, substitute colored veggies for the white ones. anything that is white is starchy and will turn to sugar. also drink 8 or more glasses of water everyday and start an exercise program. it doesn't have to be hard. just start off with stretches. you'll be surprised at how sore you can get from stretching your body. It don't really hurt, but you'll feel it. and the next day, just do it again and before long. you'll be wanting to exercise more and more. it is like you get addicted to it and you will have immediate results! your energy level will double and your mind will be clearer. there are too many positives to mention.
I know because when i was a 12 yr old i went from a size 12 little girls to a 12 womens size in 3mths. and i went up 1 size every single year till i was 18. and i was starving myself.
I have been in a size 8 now for over22 yrs. and i know that you have to eat good healthy foods and snacks and drink lots of water and especially exercise. I could never lose a pound when i starved myself and didn't excercise at all.
good luck to you, i know you really want to do it, or you wouldn't have asked for help. I know you will succeed!

Well your at a good age to learn healthy eating now. Juts dont get overbored and dont eat... the healthiest thing you can do is eat every 3-4 hours (not a huge meal ... 300-400 calories) and make healthy choices .... fresh fruit and veggies, whole grain, low fat or fat free dairy, and lean cuts of meat .... being a healthy eater is the best way to lose and maintain a healthy weight and too make your matabolism sky rocket ... also besides your eating make sure to get atleast 30 minutes- an hour of excercise of some sort most days of the week .... Your 15 though so just have fun with friends and make healthy choices .... youll be good in the wieght department!

I would talk to someone that knows about a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits and that is something that will help you keep the weight at a good number for many years to come and you won't go up and down like so many people do with pills and starving. You want to be able to eat what is right for you and enjoy food and your life in a healthy way.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Stay active! That's the best thing for you. Try to enroll in an after school sport, it will work wonders! At the very least, take a daily walk. Also, eat healthy. If you get sugar cravings, instead of eating a cookie or cake, try an apple. It's got natural sugar that should help satisfy you, plus it's much more filling. Even just quitting soda, will help you lose pounds. Remember to control your portions when you eat meals.

You have to exercise for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. You must watch what you eat. Watch your portion sizes. Portion sizes in America are atrocious. Don't eat too much fast food and try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Drink half your weight in ounces of water. An excellent book I have is Fit And Female which is made for women. It will help you learn all the misconceptions and truths for females and weight loss. I loved that book.
