I would have your vet take a look at it. If your puppy has ear mites, scratching may have caused a hematoma to develop.

I would ssay take him to the vet just to make sure. I had a friend who had a puppy with a weird bump and it turned out to be cancer. It was weird for me cause I have never had a puppy of mine get cancer ever not even my older dogs......yet. Just to make sure you know. If you don't have the money or cant just yet at least put some neosporin on it or something like that and see if it starts healing it could be also just an insect bite or a rash.

Sometime with pup with floppy ears they may break a tiny vein or capillary and it forms a blood blister.
It needs to be taken care of by your vet.

I am not a vet or anything, but being a dog lover like myself i would not want to take any chances. Don't mess with it or anything, just as soon as you can bring him to the vet. It may be minor, but do what you have to. Good Luck. Let me know how he is going. I would like to help if i can.

Just to be on the safe side, I would take him to the vet, and just have him checked out.

I'd say it's nothing to worry about but if it persists for more than a few days, I'd take him to the vets. Better safe than sorry :)

My cat has one of those, but it dosn't hurt her, but if it does that could be a problem have a vet check it out.

Is it a tick?

I think you should take your dog to the vet.
