it depends on a couple of things, first off the size and the placement, and who you have do it, you should except to pay anywhere from 100 dollars an hour clear on up to 300 an hour.
and with tattoos you generally get what you pay for, so wait till you can have someone good do it, and until you have enough money saved up, go to a liquor store and buy a couple tattoo magazines or just search tattoo shops in your area, chances are after looking around you'll find you like a certain persons work more than others, then you can contact that person and see what they charge and when they are available, tattooing has become very popular and a lot of the better people are booked up for months in advance. so good luck!!
