Tell her she's beautiful. If she is shy, this is probably what she needs to hear. However she may just not be ready for that

Flirt and hint, Tease and probe. You might even try a bit of 'dignified' begging, but don't push it. She'll go further when she is ready to, not before.

well tell her you will do something in return but make sure that you dont do anything she dosnt want to do because she ca use it agant you let her give you a hand job or eat her out give her something in return just tell her you want to see her and youll let her see some of you in return

tell her dude but remember girls dont like to be pushed and bugged about it maybe she isnt confortable about her body but listen to her not stare at her rack and tell her you love her just like she is!! and flirting just doesnt work sorry!! be a man and tell her how you feel cuz she wont get the drift!!
