Please could I have the full list of jobs and wages if possible.

There is no standard answer to your question for wages - as every job market is different. I do know from doing a report on them that they are the most dangerous and underpaid jobs you can get.
People handle the job of getting the cattle into the line
Bolter - the one who uses the bolt gun in the back of the skull
Gutter - dangerous because of all the blood
Skinner-dangerous - super sharp knives
Cutters - very dangerous - super-sharp knives
Cleaning jobs around the plant are lethal - blood tanks give off gases that can kill you. Rendering operations generate a lot of grease so any surfaces - espcially roof and vents - are slippery and must be cleaned - the cleaning jobs require you to hose 180-degree bleach water all over the plant.
A lot of workers work while hurt on the job because if you miss, you get replaced.
If you have any sense at all you will look for a better job. A lot of illegals work in such places so the pay is low and the labor is treated like hell. Good luck.

i don't know but whatever the pay is, i am sure its not enough for such a horrible job x.
