yes even as an atheist I find some Bible verse extremely well thought out and written some of the authors were very smart I just have weed out the tained theist format and gross lies or suthors that sell slavery the like . It's a huge tome of books and not entirely bad. For instance Sirach I have found good food for thought . Also i've found if that omitting the god or making his mention figurative or metaphorical sometimes works and it is cleaner than injecting curse words for those forceful attempts although I do find I miss the curse words not found in the bible. I don't pray that way but I chant and meditate on an equal or maybe even higher level than the some of the bible infuences. And that's my reality. i don't use the bible for hatred or hurting others ....if I can help it !

I ve opened the bible and found a brother named Jesus whom know s what I know . Yet when I see other s open it, I see hyprocrites and liar s . I also see, in the bible, many lie's written by governments and written by religious leaders , whom are using fraud by having everyone believe that someone else said what is written.

Jesus himself, encouraged people to follow Love instead of blind words.

He too, knew of the leaders of hyprocrites. And didn t follow . Indeed he was crucified.

When I open the bible, I turn to the pages of the new testement and see the words of Jesus. Then I close the book, and for those words said that match that of non-judgemental Love, That reveals to me what is God. And that the rest is lie s.

Jesus today, would step into a church and split the bible in half. Burning half of it, and reading the other half.

Then He would step aside the people and say " You hyprocrites have gone out like sheep, and have acted like sheep. And yet have eaten other sheep. Instead of walking in the free earth that was given to you , prooving your Faith to the lion s by walking without fear into the lonely roads. Indeed, hiding in these churches has shown how little Faith you all have."

Yes, Yes, and when I needed help the most, is when I did this. Instantly I was given the answer. And also the comfort that I needed so badly. The dark valley I had slid downhill into, and opening my Bible, made the Light , bright and shinney. I was drawn to the Light. It pulled me up and out of the valley of despair. Good question !!

I'll try it right now for you.

You asked the question ... here's the Bible Verse...

Nehemiah 11:17

"And Mattaniah the sone of Mica, the Son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, who was the leader in the beginning the thanksgiving at prayer, and Bakbukiah, the second among his bretheren; and abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun."

I guess it didn't work, unless you got something from that.

Perhaps it's like pulling a card out of a Tarot deck, or reading a passage from the Tao Te Ching, or other inspirational book. It's called coincidence.
