My rooster is white with light brown speckles, and sort of has a very light brown on his sides,very very light. Any ideas of what kind it might be?

hmm look for similar pictures of breeds online. or ask a farmer ? . . . my chickens are americanas ther huge and dark brown. yours sound very pretty though
