Is this present in all cats and only visable in Siamese, or are Siamese the only breed with crossed eyes?

Siamese cats are extremely prone to have crossed eyes. This is because they were bred for certain colorations and the eyes were a trait that came with the breeding. More Siamese cats are cross eyed than any other animal.

Siamese cats eyes are very sensitive, as they don't have the pigment as regular cats eyes have. By their eyes being sensitive, some Siamese cats cannot control their eye movements as well as other cats, i.e. crossed eyes and sometimes shaking or twitching of the eyeball.

Probably because their poop is cross eyed too, and they just want to get along with one another, which, in turn, means that they should act the same. The eyes cross as the poo does in the colon.
