Use frozen bread dough..Thaw it out and put shortening on your fingers and spread it out on your pizza pan. Brush with olive oil.
This is a good and very quick pizza dough recipe.
Hope this helps..

I like quick receipes with a short list of ingredients. I just tried this pizza dough receipe this week, and the crust turned out great. This recipe only has 4 ingredients and doesn't take much cooking experience!

Mix 3/4 oz. of yeast (I used 3 of those little yeast packets you get at a grocery store), 1 cup of water, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt together in a bowl.

Slowly stir in 3 cups of flour (use bread flour). The ingredients will start gathering together and it'll seem like the extra flour won't mix anymore, but that's where the kneeding comes in. Kneed the dough for about 5 minutes, in which you can 'mush in' the extraneous flour that's sitting in the bowl into the dough ball.

Then set the dough in a warm, dark place and let it rise for a day. Yes, make sure you start this the day before you want the pizza!

After that, you just need to start forming the flat pizza crust from the dough ball, which you can do by just working it into shape and making sure the dough is spread out evenly in the pancake-like shape.

For me, this recipe produced a nice, fluffy crust.

This one is a quick recipe that merely involves mixing a few basic ingredients and patting the dough into the pan. No need to wait for the dough to rise with this approach.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
DIRECTIONS
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Spread out on a large pizza pan. Top as desired.
Bake at 375 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
