Biotin.. you can find in any GNC or vitamin store. It helps your hair and nails grow longer and stronger.

Hair, Skin and Nails!!! Pink bottle, you can buy it at Wal-Mart. It's about 8 bucks and will make your hair shoot out.

silica,it's a cellsalt and/or horsetail it'a an herb. Both found at health food stores.
