Paganism and Wicca are very tolerant. Also the Unitarian Universalist church. Reform Judaism is fairly gay-friendly too I've been told.

There are many sects that admit gay oeople. Take your choice.(Judaism,Catholicism STAY AWAY FROM)They frown heavy on it !! I believe the Episcopalian church even recognizes same sex marriages. The main concept here is that even The BIble denounces homosexuality !!My theory is "Live and Let LIVE. Just do not shove your preference "in my face"That would cause you some pain !!!!

Whatever religion resonates for them personally and fulfills them spiritually.
But I will say that Wicca has a history of not only accepting LGBT people and both recognizing and celebrating their commitment to each other as spouses, but also contains several denominations that are dedicated to LGBT members. So far as we are concerned, all acts of love and pleasure, with harm to none, are sacred and deserving of respect.
"Let My worship be in the heart that rejoices, for behold, all acts of love and pleasure are My rituals." -- from The Charge of the Goddess

Christian - United Church of Christ
If you aren't into the divinity of Jesus, then Unitarians have long been the most open and welcoming to all regardless of orientation.
Judaism - Reformed
I have no idea about the others

Whatever religion makes the most sense to each person is a good choice. Or maybe if no religion makes sense than go with that.

There is no one religion for homosexuals, if there were it be the homosexual faith. homosexuals are different people with different ideas. A homosexual should chose a religion based on that homosexual's personal belief. Christians who say otherwise can suck it!

The Episcopal Church is extremely welcoming to all people, despite the current contraversy we're dealing with. I suggest you find a parish near you (we're everywhere) and see how welcoming we are!
