any continent you like as long as it has warmish water
i have seen them in the Adriatic( next to Italy)
but they are of the coast of Africa ,
Australia etc
too many places to name
warmish water is where they are at.

They live anywhere in the tropical seas around the coral reefs. I would definitely say Australia and some are around Florida so North America. Since they live in bodies of water they can be found in many parts of the world.

Manta rays live in most tropical oceans/seas. So any where in the tropics basicly.
