Send him an email and ask for his mailing address... if you know someone in the Army they can do a search in AKO White pages as well...most soldiers have an email address that is firstname.lastname@us.army.mil try that

Write to him c/o his last known military address.
If you don't know it, write to the Secretary of the Army and ask that your contact information be forwarded to him.
If he's active duty, they won't tell you where he is, but they might forward the letter.

contact his family. the military will give you no info unless you are his or her spouse or parents contact this persons parents or spouse
