I'm not quite sure what you are wanting to hear, but homosexuality to wrong as told thru the Bible ( 1st Corinthians 6:9 to quote one verse)
The times may be achanging, but God's Word is eternal and unchanging. He said it is wrong, so it is STILL wrong today.
No matter what others might tell you

Well, religioustolerance.org has all sorts of information related to this subject.
As far as I can say about people knowing about an all knowing being and what such a thing intends, is sort of like saying this is a tree when all you have seen is a blurry photo with a vaguely brown tinge to it.
Things look like they might be there, but really most of what is put in is in the mind of the observer. You would probably have to take the society out of the religion and then feelings about homosexuality would still come down to a personal moral compass. In reality, it just is. No evil, no good. Just acts.
As for children, they will be born; they will die. And again, while creating life, is another act, it is again just an act. Nothing good, nothing bad. I doubt that such beings have much say in it, because I would think taking care of such a life is just as important as creating it, hm? There are some people that will create and niether maintain nor improve life. Since the fruition of a same-sexed love affair cannot create, they certainly can maintain and better. This is a possibility all people have and should be respected.
To sum up, there are actions. How god or God would truly view them is unknowable. It really only depends on how you view them and then finding out the rest as you move on.

Lesson 1.
Christianity is not the only religion.
Lesson 2.
Not all Christians read the Bible in the same way as you.
Lesson 3.
God created sex.
Lesson 4.
It's good to recognize that you have bias and that you judge people harshly. Now find where in the Bible it gives you the latitude to decide just who is a "Sunday Christian" and who isn't.
Lesson 5.
If you see the world as starving, hateful, cruel, then it is so. You help make it that way by seeing it that way.
Lesson 6.
If homosexuals aren't to be together because they can't reproduce, does that mean that all the sterile men and women in the world should be celibate as well?
Lesson 7.
Please find the words "homosexual" or "homosexuality" in the King James Bible.
Lesson 8.
Get a copy of "Strongs Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible", and a copy of the Bible that actually uses the word "homosexual", and look up the exact meaning of the word in Hebrew or Greek. You'll find that when Paul used it, he meant "effeminate". I know many effeminate men who aren't homosexual, and many homosexuals who aren't effeminate.
Lesson 9.
The Bible is only one of many sacred texts, and Christianity only one of many faiths. Assuming that your particular, peculiar translation of your particular sacred text should apply to the entire world is a bit presumptuous.
Lesson 10.
Those adhering to a particular set of beliefs ought follow it faithfully.
Lesson 11.
Comparing a rapist to a homosexual is faulty logic. Rapists interfere with the rights of others and cause great injury. Rape is not a sexual orientation, but a crime. Rape is a violation of another's rights and homosexuality is an expression of love between two people.
Lesson 12.
The Bible tells you to not eat pork, to not wear clothes made of diverse fibers, to kill unruly children and many more things that aren't followed by Christians (sunday or otherwise). Where do you draw the line as to what you follow in your Bible or not?

In the world, but not of it....... Thomas Moore (I think)
Just because society praises sex over God, does that mean you should do too???
I'm not a Sunday Christian as you call it....
I'm a Christian on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays too... but homosexuality is wrong, it says so in the bible... Leviticus 2:22, I think
Rape is also frowned upon in the bible, but I cant remember the reference.

For Christians that don't believe their god looks down on Gays, then what about the story of Sodom? In fact, the term sodomy has gone on to mean anal sex although some will say it just means any unnatural, perverted form of sex. In romans 1:26-27 it is quite clear that acts of homosexuality will be condemned and it is referred to as be perverted. It is true that modern translators of the Bible were probably homophobic therefore there could be that slant to the translation. But Romans is very specific even in the original Hebrew and Greek (Jude 1:7). What I don't understand is why a Homosexual would want to be Christian. It is all well and dandy for progressive churches to accept homosexuality, but in doing so aren't they challenging what god says in the bible?

G-d gave everyone freedom of choice. Men engaging in homosexual activity is an optional behavior just like engaging in fornication, adultery, murder, blasphemy, etc.
It is also immoral.
Rationalization does not work with G-d!

One could argue that Homosexuality is involuntary sort a feeling that just happens. Rape is conscious decision that is evil and can be controlled

God does not look down on anyone. No where is it addressed in the original Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic texts. Jesus taught that all are loved and all are forgiven.
