Converting Mac Programs to Windows?

I love macs. i love the layout and the feel of them. But I cannot afford them. I have many Windows computers and am planning on installing Flyakite OSX Onto them. I still need a way to install mac programs onto windows from cds. (Like the Ilife Suite.)

Well... I don't have a copy of Mac OSX and I don't think the computers will have the hardware to run it either...

You'd need to run an emulator run run the programs on Microsoft Windows. Why not install OS X instead of Windows?
