changing keys of keyboard action ?

Is It possible that i change action of my keyboard keys?
I have xp os.

If you are speaking about hotkeys and shortcut keys, this is a function of the keyboard properties. It should be in your control panel, or use windows help from my computer, look under keyboard.

*I have Windows 2000 pro. I think it should be the same or similar, this is how it was with 98 and all the versions I have used.
