Does my ex still like me? shes always telling people that she hates me and she always tries to dodge me?

she acts as if im the devil himself, she cant stop telling people how much she hates me. She identifies me out of a crowd really easily and shes always trying to dodge me like if im walking by, shes walking the other way. She purposley looks away when im in her eyesight. Could she still like me (shes my ex)?
