I have just watched him on PBS. He places emphasis on embracing one's strengths versus emphasizing time on one's weaknesses. He sounds pretty good. And PBS says that he's been speaking at top corporations. He doesn't say that weaknesses should be ignored, but strengths are what people should focus on. He also has founded the: Pernell School which again, places emphasis on children's strengths versus weaknesses and working their lives via this method. Any takers on this method?
