Typically at work at 7AM and leaves by 2PM. Coordinates work schedules with other trades working in same area. Looks at plans and makes sure has supplies on hand for day's work. Per those plans, installs conduit, pulls wires though, mounts electrical fixtures where requested, connects fixtures to wires, troubleshoots finished work. If a union worker makes sure that he takes breaks at the required time and makes sure non-union workers are not doing electrician's tasks.

sit around...take a cofee break and go get supplies....smoke a cigarette...take lunch....come back take a nap....go get more supplies.....another coffee break....go home and send a bill for $60 per hour
