FBO stands for Fixed Base Operators - it can be a flight school, charter operators, etc... basically a company that is based at the airport.

an fbo is a fixed base operator . it kind of like a gas station / rest stop for pilots at an airport. some may have flight training available or a mechanic.

it means Fixed Base Operator, its the place at the airport where you can rent airplanes or hire a charter.
