Jeeze, everyone here is stupid. Listen to me dude, I was in the same situation as you. When I first made my course I had the same problem. You need wood pallets and plywood. You can get these anywhere. Sometimes I see them in the big garbage things on the side of the street. But I get alot of them because my Dad is a landscaper. But if you do not have access to these, then you can buy haybales for 5 bucks each. You should collect money from all of your friends that want to play and buy a bunch of them. GOOD LUCK! (also, make sure you dont put your bunkers too close together)

I have used piles of fire wood. they will last for a year or two. If you need to clear the land to make the cort than it is a free byproduct. they are moveable with enough time and also customizable. I did nail mine together here and there to make them a little more stable but still you can remove the odd peice from the center and fire through the bunker! or peek.
hay bales may also work but are like a sponge and don't last as long.
BY THE WAY there are some enviromental/eye sore isues with car tires and old oil barrels and scrap cars My buddy had an awsome cort but a hiker found it one day and notified the town who charged him and forced him to clean it up. there was no liquid in the barrels and the cars had no engines but they were still an eyesore and illeagle in our arrea to just be sitting arround.

my friend and I made some plywood bunkers for an air soft/paintball course. It was pretty affordable and it works just fine.

Truck tire tubes. You can get them from pretty much any gas station/service station. They can be inflated pretty large and stacked. But they are strong enough to withstand a beating. Goodluck!

Go to a junkyard. You'll know what to get when you see it.
