What r most guys looking for in girls?

That depends completely on the guy. Some guys like girls that are extremely intelligent while other are shallow and respond more to superficial thing. But the majority of guys really like a girl that they can just talk too, someone who its easy for them to tell things, and where the conversation comes naturally. Plus it doesnt hurt if she's a hottie.

There are a lot of guys that are just into looks alone. Me personally, there has to be some physical attraction. Then I look for a hard working woman, with a cause & direction in life. Usually this comes with intelligence, which is also a must.
Also independence, but not so independent that she comes across as over-confident. Too much ego is a real turn off.
