Glyoxide - available at all the major pharmacies. Doctors/dentists sometimes recommend it even for children when they have mouth irritation. You simply swish it around in your mouth and spit out.

Time....lucky for you, injuries to your mouth heal quickly. Stay away from spicy food and hot foods.
