Hi.I'm not a nurse.I use 2 b a CNA.Worked in a skilled unit nursing home til '2000'.I worked w/alot of Aids patients.I really don't understand yur question of how 2 help'm.Or,what kind of help u want 2 give. But,the only kind of help I even use 2 have 2 offer was more or less support.B their family.Alot of times they don't have any 2 mention. If u have time{which I know is hard}Let'm feel like they can come 2 u.I use 2 go in early.&,stay late.Just 2 talk 2 my certain residents that nded me.Yur doing a great thing.I wish more than anything that I'd never quit.Keep up the good work.I sincerely think that all good CNA'S,LPN'S,or RN'S deserve a metal!!!*

i'm in australia, not sure where you are. if you ar still at home, through your doctor or the local hospital that treats infectiious diseases/ hiv get a referral to the hiv community nurse they will be able to talk to you to see what you need- services etc. they are really well connected and can make referrals for you..
