ok so this is a dumb question but i just want to know. Well i like this one guy and i know he likes me back because he told me. We both know that we like eachother and we are kind of like getting to know eachother a bit more before we go out or anything. my question is well there is this other guy that likes me and the guy that i like knows that. when he found out he was just like laughing about it and like saying stuff like "oOo i think hes hitting on you". what does that mean...is he just trying to be like cool with it or why did he like say if i was going to go out with him...i mean i thought he liked me?? im confused. Im sorry for the long question and if i made it confusing. thanks!

I guess he is trying to be cool about it. He still likes you and it's not like he wants you to go out with the other guy it's just that he was playing around about that because he knows you won't go out with the other guy.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. Where is the problem? If it is trying to figure out what the 1st guy is thinking, why does or should it matter? If he is the one you want to go out with. Whoever else says or acts like they like you is of no importance. If you like the 2Nd guy better and want to go out with him. What does it matter what the 1st guy thought. The only thing that has any matter here is WHO do YOU want to try and date? If the second guy, tell the 1st you are not going any further in that direction with him, and go try to make something happen with guy 2. If you want to be with the guy you started with, let him know. And let him know it doesn't matter if the other guy seems to be "hitting" on you, you are not biting. Was that so hard?

The guy that you like and who likes you probably just shows jealousy in a different form, instead of getting mad and overreacting, he is trying to play it off as a joke. If you really like this guy then don't worry about the other guy, he will move on once he realizes you and the other guy are together.

he's just trying to make a joke out of it either because he's uncomfortable about it and jealous. OR maybe he's prolly joking about it because he's trying to get on your side a bit and show that he notices that someones hitting on you but he doesn't care b/c he knows you like him.

I think he`s probably either very confident that you don`t like the other guy and can laugh about it or he`s trying not to let it show that it bothers him.

i think he couldnt think of anything else to say so he just said the frist thing on hismind and i think in his mind he was more mad about the other guy hitting on you! Do what you heart tells you!
