We've been going out for two years and things have been rocky between us latly, i wont lie.
im still in love with him but hes unsure if he loves me.
He said either way he wants to work on it, but doesnt know if hes staying just to make me happy...
I dont know how to handel any of it, or if theres anything i can do to persuade him... help? :-/

Don't give him all the power. He isn't sure. OK, then tell him you can't be with someone who isn't sure if they want to be with you. It isn't fair for you to wait for him to decide your future.
Tell him he can have his freedom and if he decides he wants to be with you (as you hope he does...let him know that) then he can see if you are still there.
Hard to actually do but better than waiting for the axe to fall.
