if your looking for a softer curl use a curling iron,i would put some anti frizz, shine serum in your hair first then use a curling iron on it. . or when you wash your hair do the same thing put anti frizz shine serum in your hair and then us a curling brush when blow drying your hair.and there are good products by aussie or pantine that could help with the frizz.

You could try braiding your hair when it is wet before you go to bed. You will have beautiful beachy waves, and it will reduce frizz. If you want curls You can put your hair on rollers at night.
