There is this kid in my school who is cute. Sometimes he is nice when we are talking on the same basis, but.. then he gets really mean. My friends think he likes me..but I'm not really sure. And I like him too but..what should i do?

if anyone is mean to you don't need the grief , sometimes you could call that abuse it wont get better in all honesty he might be a good person who has not worked out family problems. or other issues be careful ,only pick someone who is nice,considerate ,and respects you

You don't need to get involved with anyone who treats you in a mean manner because you deserve to be respected at all times. If you accept this kind of behavior you will only be setting yourself up to become a victim for the rest of your life, so don't please don't do this to yourself.
It doesn't matter if the guy is cute or not because what's inside is what really counts, and any person who is not kind is a very UGLY individual.

Maybe he's playing hard to get, if this is the kind of guy you like then go for him, but maybe hes being just mean. The only thing you could do was ask him out, if he doesnt like you back, its not the end of the world.

Sit that kid down and tell him how you feel, he is just shy around you and other things. First, ask him if he likes you, and you should be able to tell if he is lying to you. Then go from there

he may be mean b/c it's his way of showing he likes you. (wierd way of showing it). But if he is rude to you then why bother? move on to someone else that will treat you nicer. If he is mean now what is he going to be like when you go out?

hmm, ask him why he's being mean? if he likes you, then he's probably afraid you're going to reject him. if he's smart, he'll get the message and tone his behavior down. if he continues to be mean, then forget him. he's not ready to be anyone's boyfriend yet.

maybe he's being mean to show that he likes you, guys tend to do that sometimes
or he's just naturally mean and he's just accidentally letting his mean side show through
