I would suggest you seek medical attention, there are plenty of drugs they have now to treat depression.

Hello
I lost all interest in all the things I loved and enjoyed. I got to a point where I just didn't like anyone and felt they were just so hateful and mean. I am a woman and can be having some change of life thing going on. But if you feel any of those feelings. It is depression. Please go and tell your doctor just the way you feel. I was always happy go lucky an boom all of a sudden all I wanted to do was cry and be hateful. You can have chemical in balances in your body that cause these things to make you feel this way. I am on an anti-depressant and it made such a difference for me. It took awhile it takes a while to work .
Hang tight and talk to someone.

There is only one thing you can do. Pick yourself up, and do something about it. Unfortunatley no one can do it for you, and believe it or not it actually quite easy with the right attitude. I was prescribed anti-depressants and after a few months of no improvment, i said screw this, I wont let this pull me down, im going to be happy. And i made my self smile, i got off my *** and made an effort to be more social and do things I like. It may sound weird, but it works. Try smiling now. It isntantly makes you feel better. Its all about the attitude, and trust me you can do it. Its sounds so cleiche but its true, stay positive, look at the bright side, and keep your damn head up!

Being depressed is very...DEPRESSING. I know. I've been taking Paxil for 3 years and still get the blues. Exercise is a great way to combat the blues. Also sunshine will help. If you are too sad to go outside(I get that way)MAKE YOURSELF GET OUT! Go for a walk. Having a friend go with makes it easier sometimes. If you are open to taking an anti-depressant, you should see a doctor.

How old are you? It's natural to be down in your teens. Soon you will find your passion and it will enlighten you. But I don't know how old you are. I'm 37 and I'm diagnosed bi-polar so I know what comes with it. There is something that always works though when you are feeling down. Find someone you can help and give em a hand. Maybe just talk. It will take your mind off yourself.

you could be depressed, I am down a lot too and I dont suffer from either of the two you mentioned either but I was diagnosed with depression. My suggestion to you is that you see your doctor, and they could possibly tell you whats wrong
good luck and god bless

I am the same way. I don't even really know what is wrong. It helps me to write in a journal and let my feelings out. People also tell me to go running. They say it helps.

Just ignore GM.
You don't have to see a psychiatrist. Have you tried talking to someone you trust about how you feel? Is this because something happened recently? Maybe once it passes you'll feel better. Please try to talk to someone.
