Hard to tell?

It is sometimes so hard to tell my mom somethings that I know i should, but it seems as if something just stops me or like i lost my voice or something. What should i do so i can tell my mom things more easily?

let your mom know that you are finding it so hard to talk with her. you don't want to feel this way and you hope that she will give you the opportunity to open up to her and not to be judgmental but to give you a chance to just express what you are feeling - that there are so many things in life that you would like her to know about you and what you are going through and that you are looking for her love and support in whatever you might say to her. let her know that she doesn't have to agree with you, but, please just give me the confidence that i need to talk with you to let you know what i think, what i feel in life, what i want in life - and, also, to be able to talk about things that confuse me in life. i'm not looking for you to fix what i'm going through or thinking but, i would love to include you in my emotions on life, so please, mom listen with a open heart of love. i hope this helps both of you to develop a loving mother/daughter relationship.

Start a note writing compact. You tell mom in a note, but mom agrees only to reply in a note....No yelling and fighting.

you should tell your mom that its hard for you to tell her things so you guys can find a way to work it out.

I would have to say that it doesnt seem like the doors of communication r open in your home that why u cant talk to them u probably feel like wat u say will turn on death ears.Im sorry to hear this maybe u could find someone else to confide in.
