It is the Fat content & Saturated Fats as well on a pkg. that should concern you. And there are free foods out there like, celery, apples, mustard, carrotts, green tea is great for you u
2 per day, (No granulated sugar!) I have 2 a day. Really, if you
consentrate on the fat & sugar contents it'll be easier, spinach, green beans, brussel, sprouts, anything green, and if u can steam it all the better. But don't starve yourself, lite popcorn, no extra butter, & grilled ckicken, no fat r sugar yougart, there's even oven baked potatoe chips, again read the label, NO Alcohol, don't know r age? This could be a life long journey into Heathy Eating for you Jasmine! Even potatoes sliced thin in oven with a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash, NO
salt! (water retention) Do u have 1/2 salt in r Country? I use that, look around, you'll get used to it & better for u. Don't spend money on books, check the library for some good recipe's so this isn't so boring 4 u & print of fats, carbs, saturated fats, etc. and u'll have it with u always. Diets can be
fun & challenging at this time when they have new stuff out now. I wish I could help you more, but I wish u all the of Luck in
your Endeavor and know You Can Do It!!!!!!

If oyu're hungrey hun, you need to eat regardless of your diet. Try eating in small snack sized meals. Eat 6-7 times a day. Eat some celery or a banana. Celery only has 4 calories per serving and banana's are high in potassium. For god's sake, at least take a multi-vitamin. If you don't eat, your body will start to break down the muscle in your body. Your metabolism will also slow down to conserve the calories you have left and this will cause you to temporarialy gain weight. Now if I havn't convinced you to eat, I don't know what will. OH AND DON"T DRINK TONS OF WATER!!!! Waer is a solvent that washes out all nutrients in your body. and actually for your size and weight, you don't even need to go on a diet.

Herbal tea seems to suppress the appetite for me. I usually drink green tea and/or white tea at night. If you are hungry, best to eat a small snack now than wake up in the middle of the night and finish off every bite of chips and chocolate in the house. Try dried fruit.
I know how you feel. Carrots and veggies just don't sound like they would hit the spot when you're hungry at night.

Eat some salad or have a fruit.
If you're running for 20 minutes a day, maybe you should add an extra lean protein. You might not want the calories, but if your body is telling you it's hungry, you need to fuel it. If you don't, you could go into starvation mode and that could stall your weight loss.
Don't ignore what your body is telling you!

Our stomachs are stupid I wrestled for over 5 years and had to cut weight every time. I found that when i though i was hungry I just drank water....there are no calories and you either sweat or pee it off. Give that a try remember you should drink a gallon of water a day at least.

If you are feeling hunger pains, that is your body telling you you NEED calories. If you dont eat, your body will take energy from its quickest source - your muscles. If you need a snack, eat an apple, carrots or other healthy treat, but dont strave yourself

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Some confuse thirst for hunger. Drinking water will help suppress hunger.

Carrots, cucumbers, celery, lettuce are all filling and very low in
calories, you might try making a small salad with some balsamic vinegar and a little grated cheese, it's good and only takes a minute to make.
