I've had moderate acne for a few years now, nothing bad, just the usual stuff teenagers get. Recently my pimples havent been like normal white heads. They've been larger and red and they hurt if I press them. I definitely can't pop them. I have one on my face and one on my shoulder. So...
1. Is these still pimples? I've heard of something similar related to stress. Could it be that?
2. How do I stop it???? I already use prescription Diffrin and I recently stopped my prescription Doryx.
3. Any suggestions for OTC medicine I can put on my back? It's not bad but if I can make it better, why not? Preferably pads so it's easier to apply??
THANKS!

ok these are deeper pimples or cysts.... you may need an antibiotic.... to get rid of them.. I have used tetracycline... etc.. proactive (not good).. Per my dermatologist- myself- and many many other happy people.. this works: GO to pharmacy... pick up OTC "PURPOSE" bar of soap.. not the luqid or gel stuff.. the bar blue box.... also pick up low strength benzoperoxide cream... apply the cream only to the pimples/bumps themselves not to the rest of the face or surrounding area... this will dry out the skin.. and make you look worse if you do... DAB them with the cream.. works using oxidation/reduction reaction.. so dont rub in.... if you need to also use a lotion/moisturizer.. ASK for "NUTRADERM lotion" THE ORGINAL.. not the new stuff.. this won't leave a residue on your skin... THIS WORKS>> GOOD LUCK>>..

I think they are still pimples just probably worse than before. It could be related to stress . You could use clearisal (cant spell) in the shower and it will help with the pimples on your back and your face. Or just use clean n clear or oxy pads. Them are some OTC meds but I havent tryed them myself. Hope my advice helps!

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Get Rid Of Acne Permanently?
