Does your video look OK when you play it direct from the camcorder? If not, that's the place to start looking. Assuming it's OK, what do your unedited clips look like on the computer? They may stutter when you play them (you're moving a lot of uncompressed data) but they should be clear. If they're not then you may have a codec problem. If that's ok too, then it looks like the problem's with your editor.

I never had that problem.

Maybe you need better software with better Codex.

I'm using Studio 7 which is a very advanced version of Windows Movie Maker and Apple Final Cut.
