But he gives me mixed signals, I fairly certain he likes me too but for some reason is reluctant to pursue me. He has told me in the past that he doesn't want to date a coworker, but their has been good chemistry between us. The problem is we work different shifts now and a only see him maybe 2 hours a week at work and when I do he is very cold towards me. This only makes me want him more. What do I have to do to get with him. I know he is attracted to me and single. Please help.

Drop him a quick note via office inter-net but be careful how you word it because you don't know who also could be reading it, label it like: meeting at and the time and have him send you his number to confirm

Because of many office rules about dating co-workers and the fact that he maybe shy is why he is sending you mixed messages, he doesn't want to cause trouble and maybe he has had inter-office relations before that have ended badly

proceed with caution, provided its meant to be it will happen but definitely take the relationship away from the work site

Typically romance in the workplace is usually frowned upon because it is a professional environment. The only way you can possibly start a relationship with your coworker is to take it outside the workplace. You've got to meet him somewhere away from work. Get his phone number and suggest a place and time to meet.
