opinions (both male and female). He plays games of avoidance one minute, will see me and get all nervous and take off, yet he tailing me on the highway (we both live on the same route) and wants to be noticed...what gives? I think he trying to totally blow my mind or something...like or dislike??

You are flattered because this guy has difficulty expressing his intentions toward you . . . you think there is something romantic about that . . . run.
Get away from him, and don't encourage him. Let him figure out (in a normal way, not tailing you home) how to approach you correctly.

If he gets nervous he probably doesn't know what to say. If you really like the guy and want something more you need to put him in a position where he will feel comfortable and talk to him about something he likes. That's the best way to get someone too open up to you. Talk about his hobbies, interests, a band he likes...whatever

He sounds like he might be too shy to make the first move but is putting himself in the position to give you the opportunity to make the first move. If you like him talk to him and hint around about a date if that doesn't work be direct a lot of guys don't do well with hints.

I think he likes but is not comfortable with what to do about it. Cant tell you any pat answer other than to make sure to be approachable and be patient. Subtle encouragement might help him but try not to scare an already intimadated person.

Well maybe you should invite him over for a movie. you should watch A cinderella story or the notebook . during the movie see if he tries anything .after the movie it time to get serious . ask him if he likes you who knows he might even become your boyfriend

I think he's trying to make you think about him. He wants him to be on your mind. He obivously feels SOMETHING for you or he wouldn't be putting work in at all. I think he likes you so much you make him nervous.

if its one thing i've learned from my current bf, its that guys are CONFUSING! they seriously are. Ithink he wants your attention, but when it actually comes to facing you he gets scared and runs off.
