Ok, ready ro salivate? I love Shrimp scampi over a bed of linguine, homemade of course. I start with 3 cups of chardonnay in a good sized saute pan, then I add a stick of unsalted butter. When it just starts to bubble I add three cloves of garlic crushed, some fresh basil and parsley and then 4 tablespoons of fresh grated romano cheese. Just when the cheese starts to melt I add the shrimp and cook until they are that perfect lovely orange. I pour the whole mixtue over a bed of linguine and serve with more fresh grated romano cheese. That is my favorite!

Wow. Not getting too many answers here, are you? I think it is because you worded your question oddly.."convince me that yours IN the best make my mouth salavate" Yikes.
But I think I get your drift, so.........

Shrimp. Gotta love it, all ways, lightly breaded and golden fried, sauteed with some butter and garlic (hear that sizzle), in a cocktail with the yummy shrimp surrounding a dipping sauce of a deep red color that has such a kick too it with the horseradish, tossed with olive oil and pasta with the pasta being just al dente.............shrimp, shrimp, I love shrimp!
