Thanks for trying to help in my hour of need! My other question was advertised while this question was not for some reason. So I am certainly grateful for all the assistance. There are some really good answers here. I have to give the reward to the answer that looks like the most feeling went into it.

i think 0 to 100 is a little broad and the question is a little confusing but I'll try and help I guess

Learning to make the time to read.
60% Now that I am in college I have to read a lot more and finding time is becoming more important

Learning to study.
60% Pretty much same as the first one

Finding the best party school.
15% I don't really like being around a lot of people anyway but I do like making new friends and meeting new people

Find the most expensive school.
1% I go to a community college and I don't think you need to go to an Ivy League school to get a good education.

Visit libraries often
30% I have to study a lot more so this is also becoming more important.
