Who would agree with this view on relation?

Question

I've always thought a relationship should be a balance & much like a partnership or friendship is but to another level if that make sense. I mean in many ways the same views or things you seek to have a good friend caring, loyalty, communication, enjoyment, ect are things we need for a real relationship as. I like supriseing a girl & being wild adventurious & stuff but its also nice to know that at least once in a wild she feels the same way & can show it also. I mean if a woman hears I love you but doesnt see it from her man after a while she probably will start to think negatively & even move on just like I think most guys at times do when it seems like we're being taken advantage of. I'm not saying either sex should be waited on hand & foot but again both people should feel & give as much as the other. This way she can still if she wants feel a sense of identity or indepences even if they spend all their time together. The focus should be fun right? Am I too old school in my view?

In some ways it seems simple & like a lot of my female friends think thats good or that most men dont think this way but at the same time it sometimes seems to scare a woman away & I'm like what's so scary about that. Oh well long line of families staying together maybe thats my problem. Parents have been together for 40 years married for 38, Fathers parents were for 70 years till grandpa died last year, & my mom's mother never dated or remarried after losing her husband in WW2. Different times I guess... Seems like the focus should be on friendship & fun not the things that complicate things or add stress. Stress will come no matter what level or status you are why add to it? You cant be drama free by why cant you just try & think fun? Is that so wrong.... to want to make someone laugh & happy? Shutting up now... ;)

I am who I am just wish it didnt confuse or hurt so much when being who I am seems to scary away women. Well thanks for the feed back.... I want a woman to be herself if she wants to be superman then so be & if she once in a while needs a superman great I'm up for that but at the same time guys can't read minds & if you dont know somethings wrong it cant be fixed.

I agree with you one hundred percent, where have you been all my life! LOL, stay with your morals and values and whoever lands you will be one helluva lucky girl! I wish there were more men out there like you.

girls dont always wanna be Lois Lane....we wanna have a turn at being Superman too ya know. ;)
