I'm not sure who to send it to though...and I need to have the address I think that i should send it to the president.
anyone have any ideas or an address of who to send it to?

Your governor and local state representative. The death penalty is legislated at the state level, not the federal.

wow! we are righting persuasive essays right now!
but i wrote about the death penalty earlier this year

any way don't send it because that is stuip and a waste of your money, cause they could care less about what you say (really anyone not important according to them)

If its against the death penalty, you dont need to send it....ya know what just dont send it =) your teacher is trying to trick you! watch out, they do that

Congress, Senate, House of Reps. Not the president though, he has no real power. Plus its not really him answering your letters, its his "letter-answering people".
