It will depend on who you ask. When Jesus comes back it is not the end of the story. When Jesus first comes back (this would be the end of the "tribulation period") He will establish His kingdom over the earth in the way it should have been to start with, this period is called the Millenial period because it will last for 1,000 years. During this time people will be able to have children. Also during that time, Satan is going to be bound so he can not tempt anyone. At the end of the 1,000 years, satan will be released and he will gather all the unbelievers that were born during that time. God, however will stop the revolt from happening. After that, God will create a new heaven and a new earth for the Believers. During this time we will not be able to have children.

Hebrews 9:28....28so Christ was sacrificed
once to take away the sins of many; and he
will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to
bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

If he brings salvation, will he come with fire and salvation at the same time? No, this is unlikely...

Luke 11:49- 49“I have come to bring fire on the earth, and
how I wish it were already kindled! 50But I have a
baptism to undergo, and what constraint I am under
until it is completed!

So....if God comes again with destruction immediatley, why would he need to be baptised again? Is he going to come out of the sky first and very nicely ask to be baptised, and then proceed with the festive earth burning?

So then, how will he come? Well, let's see how his first coming was prophesied, so we can understand how to interperit his second coming!

John 1:22...22Finally they said, “Who are you? Give us an
answer to take back to those who sent us. What
do you say about yourself?”
23John replied in the words of Isaiah the
prophet, “I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness,
‘Make straight the way for the Lord.’ ” c

John the baptist, who prepared the way by baptising Jesus, is quoting an Old Testament verse...let's see that verse!!

Isaiah 40:3- ........3A voice of one calling:
“In the wilderness prepare
the way for the LORDa;
make straight in the desert
a highway for our God. b
4 Every valley shall be raised up,
every mountain and hill made low;
the rough ground shall become level,
the rugged places a plain.
5 And the glory of the LORD will be revealed,
and all people will see it together.
For the mouth of the LORD
has spoken.”

So then, when Jesus came, did the mountains lay low? Did the vallys raise up? Did a highway appear out of nowhere for him? And most importantly, did all mankind see it together? No, this did not happen. So judge men by their own opinions........this would mean that Jesus is also a false prophet, if we live by the ignorant wisdom of man. No, instead, we should live by the secret wisdom of God.......

1st corinthians 2:4........4My message
and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive
words, but with a demonstration of the
Spirit’s power, 5so that your faith might not rest
on human wisdom, but on God’s power.
6We do, however, speak a message of wisdom
among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age
or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to
nothing. 7No, we declare God’s secret wisdom, a mystery
that has been hidden and that God destined
for our glory before time began. 8None of the rulers
of this age understood it, for if they had, they
would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

So, what wisdom were they using if they crucified the Lord of Glory? Since the vallys did not raise and the mountains did not lay low, and all men together did not see it, they accused Christ of being a false prophet.......and through their man-originated wisdom, they crucified Him. We are destined to make the same mistake with the second coming of Christ. So let's be careful while interperiting the prophecy of his second coming, which is as follows...

Matthew 24:30......30“At that time the sign of the Son of Man will
appear in the sky, and all the peoples of the earth c
will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming
on the clouds of heaven, with power and great
glory. 31And he will send his angels with a loud
trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from
the four winds, from one end of the heavens to
the other.

Um.. yeah!!! Your body will still work as it was meant to. There is no reason to think that having children would stop. But those children won't have the bad influences and trials that we have today. I think that children who died in infancy, or miscarriages will have the chance to grow and live just as other children did. They will be raised by their parents, they just will have an easier time of it.

Yes. When He sets up His millennial kingdom, there will be new children created, and some, upon growing up, will oppose Him. I know this because in The Revelation, it states that Satan will put together one last final army (with people) and try to overthrow Jesus. THEN Satan will be put in the slammer forever.

It depends. If you go through the tribulation, on earth, you will be in a normal body for the 1000 year reign. But if you are raptured, you will be changed, a glorified body. Jesus said in Heaven people won't get married, as they will be like the angels.

Jesus said don't look here or there for him, for the kingdom of heaven is within you.
You will know in the same way if you are to have children, look within you.

Good question. Possibly, because our bodies will be perfect. Or not, because all of God's children will have been born already.

Honestly, only HE can know the answer to that question. I'd pray to HIM, if I were you. But don't pray to JESUS if you aren't serious. You should be honest when you pray to JESUS. GOD bless you!
