5'-10", 155lbs, 14%(approx.) Body Fat. I strength train (fullbody) 3 times/week. I ran the numbers to what I think is right, and they seem high. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

When you are doing your 'calculations' you should always do them for 'seven days' not 'one day' ... you should eat 'approximately the same amount (in caloric measurement) every day, or you can throw your 'whole system' out of whack ... just calculate the 'extra calories' you burn on the three days you 'work out' in with your 'regular calories burned daily' ... then you should 'take in' approximately 'the same' if you don't want to gain or lose weight, and 500 calories less per day (in that seven day period) if you want to 'lose weight.' If you are a male then your 14% body fat could be a 'bit high' but if you are a female then your 14% body fat should be 'right on the money.' And your height/weight are 'right on the money' too ... so I hope this 'helps' you with whatever you are 'doing' ... because you may simply be 'obsessing' on your body image when it's really 'just fine' ...

dont starve yourself take in a couple smoothies with protein because your body goes in starvation mode when you dont eat. You will slow your metabolic level and the next time you eat you body will hog up those precious calories. at least eat a small tuna sandwich and a couple smoothies that day and a glass of milk before bed

you should eat more the day before you work out, as by the time the energy in the food is digested and ready to be used, you will be working out.
