It's definitely NOT ok to skip out on meals.
Your body needs the fuel to get through the day. If you're not consuming enough calories, your body can go into starvation mode.

If you don't have time to eat, just grab a breakfast/lunch bar, a piece of fruit (or 100% juice) and some kind of protein. Just never skip meals!!!☺

don't skip either. You should eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the course of the day. When your body goes too long without food it thinks it is starving which triggers fat storage in the body. You can skip a meal, but you will end up gaining more weight on fewer calories than you would if you simply fed your body what it needs to function.

Nope under no circumstances. Infact alot of people devour there food lower back to front, breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast, eating a large meal interior the morning helps you get interior the direction of the day and provides extra time to burn it off. I belive it extremely is the way it works besides! don't experience too undesirable and despite if it became, sometime and one meal won't injury :)

It is NOT ok to miss either of these...

You can have a reduced lunch size, but it is important to eat at lunch.. your body needs food in it at regular intervals, so don't eat more at one meal to eat less at another

I am a huge athlete, and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that you do NOT skip EITHER of the meals. PLEASE, it will just end in a quitting of the diet and you will be unsatisfied. I would recommend that you may exercise more, cut down on fats/junk food. Eat in MODERATION, and you will slim down. If you really want to eat LESS (which isn't always better), I would suggest that you eat a K bar or a ceral bar. Just don't eat the bacon, biscuits, and sausage. Hope this helps. =) Thanks for asking!

honestly i did skip lunch and breakfast for a month. only eating dinner. however, its better to seprate when your eating things. rather then all together your body jus regualtes that as fat. so it doesnt help. jus eat stuff thats healthy for lunch and breakfast then you dont hav to worry about it. hope i helped.

If you are busy and miss it, or simply not hungry, then occasionally that is fine. However, if you are doing this as a diet ploy it will backfire. When you finally eat dinner you will eat everything you can get your hands on! Eat moderate amounts all day long-your metabolism will appreciate it!
