information signifies that functional incest motives, or maybe shows pre-contemporary psychological/emotional disturbance. as a outcome, the act is entered into with demonstrable unfavourable judgment, so mutual consent is negated. It also instruments an get at the same time for the impressionable that could reason different confusion and harm. So, both the questionable state of those in contact and societal concerns deem it beside the point, in spite of if little ones won't be able to be produced.

That's a difficult one! If both people are adults and can handle it mentally (say a grown up brother and sister) I can't see too much wrong with it...but I still would probably think long and hard about it. It may be a taboo in our society for good reason. Lots of people get pretty screwed up for life because of getting involved in incest (even though very few people engage it it). If there is a minor or any kind of force or coercion involved I would say definitely NO! NO! NO! Parent-child sex (at any age!) would probably also best be avoided. Adult brother and sister? Adult cousins? It's still a gray area to me! It may be best just kept in the realm of fantasy and masturbation if you get turned on by a relative (and that does happen!) Just my own personal opinion!
