long term: healthy food choices and exercise (i like South Beach diet)

short term: the lemonade diet. its a mix of lemonade, cayenne pepper, and some other stuff. you can find the information online. its what beyonce took to lose all the weight for the movie dreamgirls. you can lose like 12 pounds. the problem is that all the weight comes back in a few weeks.

the most you could lose in a week, and keep it off, is a couple pounds.

Any weight you will lose in a week will probably be water (or fluid in general). There no real quick fix, you should stretch it out over time and reap the long term health benefits. Try this:
First thing- don't change how much you eat (unless it is WAY WAY to much), start out by changing what you are eating. If it comes in a diet option, try it. If you are drinking 1% milk, try skim (or the next percentage down), avoid juice (liquid calories are way to easy to consume and hard to get rid of).

Second thing- Watch out for when you are eating these things, often times it is better to have smaller meals and snack throughout the day.

Third thing- NEVER EAT FAST FOOD. It is essentially a slow acting poison on your body and can lead to more health problems than you can think of.

Fourth thing- if you don't exercise, start out going for walks in the park or somehting, then bring it up to a light jog (once you are comfortable), then slowley bring up the intensity.

Fifth thing- Evaluate everything you put in your mouth, (i.e. avoiding higher fat meats like ribs, pork.. try fish instead or dear or chicken... then general meat rule is that the fewer legs it had as an animal, the better it is for you). Also, think about what goes into you ask yourself, "Should I be eating this?"

Sixth thing- You don't have to be doing all this 100% of the time, treat yourself, but recognize your priorities when it comes to it and don't let "treating yourself" get out of hand.

A healthy weight loss is 2-3 pounds a week.
The way to lose weight is...
•Eat healthy meals---don't skip out on fruits and veggies!!
•Drink lots of water!!!!!
•Get active!!

Be very selective of what you eat. Stay away from the junk food and try to eliminate sodas!! Buy yourself a big water bottle and keep refilling it!! Fit in time to exercise! If you have to, take the steps instead of the elevator. Park farther away in the parking lot. Go for a quick walk during breaks. All the little things really do add up!!

like how much weight, you can lose some weight in a week if you eat right and drink lots n lots of water

go jogging for an hour,avoid junkfood,fattyfoods and any sweetened juice.eat stemed vegtables or raw.eat a fruit a day and lot of water(8 glasses)dont eat after 6:00pm .eat fiber to keep your self feeling full the whole day.dont stop eating .eat 6 small meals a day.do strenght training too.muscles burn fat.good luck

If you want to lose 5-10 lbs. in a week. I suggest the 48 hour Hollywood diet or something similar. You basically lose water weight,but 10lbs is 10lbs if you want to lose it REALLY FAST! Not a bad way to detoxify yourself also!

Expend more calories - thru weights and cardio- than you take in thru diet -- BURN more CALORIES than you consume. As well drink a 1/2 once of water for every pound you weigh every day. Thatll help burn fat and expel toxins while you are exercising.

i lost 7pounds in 1 week doing this
1. no soda or juice, drink only water
2.run/jog for half hour-45min daily
3. put hot pepper on every thing you eat.
4.not fatty food, just eat salads and low cal foods
5. no snacking, and make sure you dont eat after 6:00pm

you woun't lose weight that fast thing about gaining wieght first its real easy to gain it but really hard to get rid of.

go for walks do crunches eat heathly don't skip meals eat small but filling dishes.
