ok - this works.. per my dermatologist... personal experience.. and many many other happy people....i use to use tetracyclin.... proactive etc.. without results... GO to the pharmacy - buy OTC "PURPOSE" bar of soap- made by johnson & johnson blue box... the bar not the gel/lotion.... wash your face with it 3'xs per day... pick up a low dose benzoperoide cream... apply this to the pimples themselves... DONT rub in.. don't put anywhere else on the face.. this will cause drying... and make your face look work.. it works with an oxidation/reduction reaction... so again don't rub in.. just dab.... if you need a lotion/moisturizer... ask for "nutraderm" lotion... the orginal... not the new stuff.. this is good doesnt leave a residue on your skin.... DONT scub face.. dont use proactive.. dont use acids such as lemon juice ..etc... THIS DOES WORK.. acne is most commonly caused by a bacteria.. also can be hormonal.... I AM SO HAPPY NOW>> GREAT SKIN>>> Everyone i have told.. and other people online.. also HAPPY NOW and have been told "purpose" soap by their Dermatologist....

No over the counter items work. Acne is hormonal and you need a prescription or prescriptions from a doctor to help with the breakouts.
