Your body mass index is 20.7, which is in the normal range (18.5 to 24.9).

300 situps/day? Sounds pretty boring. And don't forget you've got upper, lower and side abs. Plain old situps won't develop all of them.

This link shows a range of exercises targeted at each.

I agree about the benefits of running - I've had a little persistent fat around the middle (I'm a lot older than 14) - and after a couple months of running consistently, the results are already visible. That would be a great supplement to your targeted exercises.

Your weight is fine. But I don't think I'd do 300 situps a day. You'll get a very sore stomach and back instead of abs. Work up to it gradually.

first fo all, do crunches not situps. and worry about the quality and not the quantity. I find the best way is to use a lat pull down machine and do crunches standing up, it works much better. when you do them, do about 100 per set, rest for 1 min, and do another. you seem like your pretty skinny, which is good since itll be easier to see the abs. if your gunna do crunches, do them with your feet on soemthign about 2 feet int he air and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle...good luck!

You are at a good weight. I would try some running rather than all the situps... situps aren't good for you, do crunches, but they aren't very effective for burning fat.

Go to the YMCA. Tell them you want abs that are killer. They will hook you up. If you don't have the money they can help you get financial assistance. By the way, your abs are probably fine just the way they are.
