Yes you should. She might have something serious like internal bleeding.

Why would you even be bothered getting on Yahoo and asking us in the first place of course take her to the doctors or hospital straight away she could have a serious problem with her stomach or it may only be muscle bruising but what ever it is she needs medical help not the kind we can give but from a professional

If you don't think it's psychological (and you would know as a mom :-) ) definitely take her to the doctor. Perhaps you can call her pediatrician for recommendation.

yeah she could have bruised cracked or broken ribs if it was that hard if not she could be experiencing after affects or internal bleeding best to take her over there.
